Position Summary: The Coder III is a member of the Health Information Management Team responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of clinical coding, validating the information in the databases for outcome management and specialty registries, across the entire integrated healthcare system. The position may require coordinating program activities from multiple grant and funding organizations.   Job Summary / Purpose This position is responsible for the development and management of network operations, network expansion, payer contract implementation and payer relations for North State Quality Care Network (NSQCN), San Joaquin Quality Care Network (SJQCN) and Central Valley Quality Care Network (CVQCN). The Executive Director reports to the Board of Managers, but is an employee of Dignity Health.    The Executive Director leads all operational aspects of NSQCN, SJQCN and CVQCN. Additionally, this position works collaboratively with the NSQCN, SJQCN and CVQCN Medical Directors, Dignity Health Care Network (DHCN), Dignity Health’s corporate office and local hospital senior leadership, quality, finance and managed care staff. Dignity Health Management Services Organization (DHMSO) will provide NSQCN, SJQCN and CVQCN (via a management services agreement) administrative and clinical support services. The Executive Director will be responsible for the management of the DHMSO agreement and the successful fulfillment of its terms and conditions. The Executive Director works closely with care coordination enterprise to address the care coordination needs of the local markets. The Executive Director also participates in supporting the Population Health and Clinically Integrated Network (CIN) activities in the North State and Central California Division.     Essential Key Job Responsibilities  KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES: Administration/Operations:  •     Partner with NSQCN, SJQCN and CVQCN Board of Managers to establish networks and services necessary to successfully manage risk contracts. Job Summary:   The Nurse Practitioner is a registered professional nurse with advanced skills, employed by the Medical Center, for the purpose of enhancing the quality of care for patients.
