JOIN US NOW as we are seeking an exceptional Registered Nurse (RN) for our Wound Center who under the supervision of the Clinical Manager, performs the primary function of an RN in assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating the care of patients in the Wound Healing Center and is responsible for meeting the established Dignity Health Standards of Nursing Practice in the management of all assigned patients. Assists physicians with the development and implementation of wound treatment plans and participates in performance improvement review activities. This comprehensive wound healing program is committed to identifying the underlying etiology of the chronic, non-healing wound, and developing a treatment plan to achieve healing outcomes for patients.
