The Cardiac Cath Registered Nurse possesses the knowledge and clinical skills to assist the Cathing Physicians with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, on patient’s ranging from post-adolescence to geriatric on the age continuum.  He/she works in collaboration with the Cath Lab technologist to assure positive patient outcomes.  He/she is responsible to the Manager of Cath Lab./Cardiology.  Applies Dignity Health Core Values to the performance of every job duty.  These Values include Dignity, Collaboration, Justice, Stewardship, and Excellence.   A minimum of three years recent experience as a staff nurse in an acute care hospital, one of which is a year of recent experience in cardiac cath lab with demonstrated knowledge of hemodynamic monitoring.
