Provides assessment and therapy to individuals in the area of functional activities related to activities of daily living and upper body strength and mobility for an adolescent, adult and geriatric patient population. Also provides education to patients, appropriate family members and friends in order to restore patients' functional independence and reduce or prevent long term disability. Assists the patients to reach their maximum potential and return to their family and community. Coordinates with other disciplines and implements the programs of the Occupational Therapy Department under the general direction of the Rehabilitation Directors.
- 1 year of related occupational therapy experience
- Completion of six to nine months internship.
- Graduate of an accredited school of Occupational Therapy
- Bachelor of Arts or Sciences
- Current license by the California Board of Occupational Therapy.
- Current BLS certification required.
- Experience in physical disabilities setting, preferably in acute care or acute rehabilitation.
- Knowledge of Occupational Therapy theory, treatment, and evaluation in the areas of neurologyMembership of AOTA and OTAC.

The Database Administrator is an Information Technology professional who is knowledgeable in the field of relational database management systems (RDBMS). Performs tasks associated with database management and data exchange. Responsible for the installation, configuration, upgrading, administration, monitoring, maintenance, and security of databases. Responsible for designing, planning, documenting, programming, testing, installing, troubleshooting, and training users of custom SQL/ ETL applications, both internal to Dignity Health Management Services and Internet-based.
- Performs tasks associated with the application development process. Tasks include designing application databases; writing application code; documenting the application for end user functionality, testing application functionality, and implementing the application.
- Responsible for designing and maintaining infrastructure needed to deliver Internet and Intranet services to both internal and external customers. Ensure working order of all web design elements, including navigation, links, graphics, etc. Troubleshoot and resolve access and configuration problems.
- Develops and maintains custom applications. Provides general support and troubleshoots problems related to custom and third party application
- Installs custom and third-party applications.
- Develops and documents education programs for computerized applications. Provides specific training programs to end users concerning application functionality. Provides specific training programs to other Information Technology personnel as assigned.

The Data Analyst is an Information Technology staff person who assists with developing and maintaining Dignity Health Management Services Organization software tools through on-going data analysis. Performs computer-based analysis to support the company’s financial, clinical, and operational projects.
Under general supervision provides basic support to meet routine hardware and software (server) needs for the data center as well as the network connections from site to site. Maintains and troubleshoots server, network hardware and software as needed.

Requires depth of knowledge in clinical research administration business practices consistent with federal guidelines including expertise in billing compliance per legally binding contract terms. Responsibilities include clinical trial subject billing, management, oversight and compliance. This position ensures research subjects/patients are registered properly, research coding is completed, and bills are sent out correctly for research activities; assures billing compliance with CMS/Medicare/insurance requirements; manages process for obtaining Medicare contractor approval for billing of investigational Category B devices; serves as a resource to investigators and research coordinators. This position is also responsible for financial analytical review; prepares accruals of new research revenues and maintains Accounts Receivable schedules; analyzes monthly research financial reports to ensure accuracy and integrity of information; facilitates clinical trial sponsor invoicing.
The clinical nurse informaticists (CIRN) provides expertise in the planning, design, development, training, implementation, communication, maintenance, and evaluation of new or existing functionality related to clinical and business information systems. The CIRN integrates nursing/clinical science, computer science, information science to manage and communicated data, information, knowledge and wisdom in clinical practice. Works as a liaison among stakeholders in order to elicit, analyze, communicate, and validate requirements for changes to processes, policies, and information systems. Ensures data/information is current with regulatory agency and best practice standards. Coordinates the collection and reporting of metrics defining benefits realization associate with the clinical information systems. Serves as an internal consultant to all departments to identify and achieve department and project goals. Provides direct contact with vendor to ensure customer needs are met.
Follows procedures and performs clinical testing within regulatory guidelines.
The IT Support Analyst assists the Information Technology (IT) staff by triaging, assigning, or completing requests for support thru emails and telephone calls received thru the Support Desk tools for internal/external employees, physicians, and related customers. This position will have administration and support responsibilities over specific systems and/or network components as directed by the Manager, IT Support Services.
About This Position

Coordinates plan of care with the health care team. Assumes leadership role for unit personnel to prepare and assist them with their responsibilities. - Minimum two years Acute Care Experience (new grads considered on a case by case basis.)
- One to two years ICCU experience preferred.
- Graduate of an accredited RN program.
