This role will interface with community physicians, internal physicians, executive leadership and senior legal counsel.   Responsibilities may include: - Create and update proformas for income guarantee recruitments. - Serves as point of contact for physician communication as it relates to proforma and financial analysis review and gathering. - Performs incremental expense calculations and identifies missing and erroneous errors. Contacts medical practice to reconcile issues and gather additional data. - Works closely with hosting private practices to obtain information, that will aide in the development of justification, forecasting and financial assistance. - Presents contract terms and explains commitments to group and candidates, answer follow-up questions as needed. - Collaborates with Finance and Compensation departments to assist in the development of initial compensation arrangements for new physicians. - Gather and analyze all physician compensation packages for fair market value using modeler or outside firm. - Manage outside valuation firm relationships and act as liaison between legal and valuation firm. - Recommends, evaluates for Fair Market Value and distributes non-binding term sheets and sends out for approval. - Works closely with various departments to recommend and advise contracting solutions, fair market value documentation and incremental expense requirements. - Monitors contracts and related documents, from draft through full execution and distribution/notification to affected departments. - Reviews and approves eLSR requests for coordinator to submit. - Performs routine contract language review and analysis, identifies issues and uses decision-making skills to recommend a solution. - Collaborates with internal clients to understand business objectives and desired business expectations including initial compensation determination and Fair Market Value analysis. - Promotes compliance with policies and procedures, organization’s values, and adherence to applicable laws and regulations by auditing internal reports comparing them against our log of requests. - Administers the preparation and dissemination of information throughout the organization regarding contract approval process, status, compliance, modification, expiration and termination. Escalates as necessary to ensure compliance and business objectives. - Coordinates with in-house legal Counsel to clarify customers’ needs and support for continuous improvement of contract processes, policies and turn around times. Suggests solutions and references past contracts that could be used for other scenarios throughout the organization. Collaborates with leagl to edit templates for operational needs and complete comprehension. - Runs periodic reports on work in progress contracts and agreements; analyzes and presents data and recommendations to his/her manager and to customers. - Reconciles physician/practice submitted documentation against current, fully executed contract and in accordance with Dignity Health policy. - Serves as single point of contact for physician communication related to payment information and performs incremental expense calcualtions, as needed. - Participates in ongoing process improvements and procedure development. - Other duties as assigned.
