POSITION PURPOSE   Dignity Health’s Treasury department serves as the internal banking function for this $15 billion organization. Dignity Health’s Treasury department supports credit card processing through POS applications and other merchant card services. There are approximately 1,600 users throughout Dignity Health’s 39 hospitals, clinics, foundations and central billing offices (through Optum360, a joint venture revenue cycle company). The Senior Treasury Analyst, Merchant Card Program will facilitate provisioning and access to merchant accounts, and serve as the liaison between Dignity Health’s centralized Treasury department and its many locations. The primary goal of this position is to facilitate access to point of service collections capabilities while maintaining appropriate internal controls, confidentiality and PCI compliance. The Senior Treasury Analyst, Merchant Card Program interacts on a regular basis with a broad range of internal and external constituents, and must exhibit clarity, professionalism and kindness, consistent with the mission and values of Dignity Health.   PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES   The Senior Treasury Analyst, Merchant Card Program provides support for all aspects of Dignity Health’s Merchant Card program, and serves as the lead Treasury contact for the following:   - Respond to internal clients’ request for merchant accounts, and processing new account applications - Address merchant card related problems from any department processing credit and debit cards, including equipment, processing issues, access problems, information, accounting, etc. - Act as the liaison between all Dignity Health departments and affiliated organizations that process credit card transactions (hospital admitting areas, Central Billing Offices (CBOs), foundations, pharmacies, cafeterias and physician clinics), and the merchant banks - Assist in training personnel at the facilities on merchant card requirements, process, PCI-DSS requirements, etc. - Provision web-based merchant card processing and reporting applications - Assist with automation projects for user provisioning, and other projects related to internal controls and/or PCI-DSS requirements - Perform quarterly audits of authorized system users - Maintain the Master List of Merchant Accounts - Review monthly merchant statements with an eye towards reducing costs, and implement solutions - Support Manager, Merchant Card Operations and Director, Treasury Operations - Collaborate with stakeholders to standardize procedures, internal controls, and point-of-service solutions - Maintain an equipment inventory list, working with the facilities - Collaborate with internal clients and multiple vendors to install, upgrade or enhance functions and features - Develop procedures for internal processes and coordinating implementation of these procedures - Provide excellent customer support - Keep informed of new products, product enhancements, system changes and compliance issues - Assist with annual PCI-DSS compliance reporting - Work with Chief Information Security office as needed for PCI-DSS, remediation issues and other data security issues - Lead or assist with merchant card and other Treasury Operations’ projects as assigned   The Senior Treasury Analyst, Merchant Card Program will also serve as the primary back-up to Senior Cash Analyst for daily cash positioning and investment of short-term operating cash. Responsible for the ongoing design androll-out of Patient Care Services career leadership standards in support ofnursing and other ancillary services.  Fosters an innovative and motivational work environment inthe pursuit of excellence in patient care and operations and manages PatienceCare Services staff including Project Coordinator and Senior Analyst.Responsible for development of short and long term planningwith Supply Service Resource Management (SSRM) to achieve fiscal year goals andassure standards of care are achieved throughout implementation.  Exceptional organizational skills required, with the abilityto manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.  Must display ability to prioritize, plan andexecute.  Superior management skills areneeded, with an emphasis on interpersonal communication and influencing.  Must remain flexible and be comfortable withambiguity within a very demanding, constantly changing environment.  The ability to operate skillfully within alllevels of the organization and lead in a team-oriented environment is necessaryto undertake the strategic initiatives defined by the SVP Patient Care Services/CNE.  Display sound judgment, tact, discretion, and ability todevelop and sustain a cooperative working relationship with all levels ofemployees, physicians and customers. Serves as one of the organization's key strategy leaders in overallPatient Care Services and nursing. This high level of responsibility requiresexcellent management skills and the ability to effectively communicate complexissues to all levels of leadership.  Frequent travel required throughout service areas andoccasional travel may be needed to other Dignity Health facilities includingclinics and partner organizations.  *This position may reside in AZ, CA, or NV.
