Our work frequently involves extensive collaborations with other university laboratories and networks nationwide.   Applicants are expected to have an excellent track record of academic work including rigorous scientific method and publications. The ideal candidate would be highly motivated and interested in the field of acute brain injury, translational research, and understanding mechanisms underlying secondary injury processes that are clinically relevant and major but modifiable contributors to outcome.
