The Database Administrator is an Information Technology professional who is knowledgeable in the field of relational database management systems (RDBMS). Performs tasks associated with database management and data exchange. Responsible for the installation, configuration, upgrading, administration, monitoring, maintenance, and security of databases. - Works closely with internal department managers to assess computing needs and specifications, providing input and feedback to Information Technology personnel.
- Participates on task force committees to resolve system-based problems as assigned.
- Observes software engineering standards of the Information Technology department and makes recommendations as needed. Pursues continued training in response to advances in technology.
The Data Analyst is an Information Technology staff person who assists with developing and maintaining Dignity Health Management Services Organization software tools through on-going data analysis. Performs computer-based analysis to support the company’s financial, clinical, and operational projects.
Under general supervision provides basic support to meet routine hardware and software (server) needs for the data center as well as the network connections from site to site. Maintains and troubleshoots server, network hardware and software as needed.

This position is responsible for all aspects of research financial account management within the Dignity Health Research Institute Arizona service area. Requires depth of knowledge in clinical research administration business practices consistent with federal guidelines including expertise in billing compliance per legally binding contract terms. Responsibilities include clinical trial subject billing, management, oversight and compliance. This position ensures research subjects/patients are registered properly, research coding is completed, and bills are sent out correctly for research activities; assures billing compliance with CMS/Medicare/insurance requirements; manages process for obtaining Medicare contractor approval for billing of investigational Category B devices; serves as a resource to investigators and research coordinators. This position is also responsible for financial analytical review; prepares accruals of new research revenues and maintains Accounts Receivable schedules; analyzes monthly research financial reports to ensure accuracy and integrity of information; facilitates clinical trial sponsor invoicing.
Under the general direction of the Facilities Manager, the Tradesman will be proficient in basic plumbing and electrical. Knowledge of building management systems including: building automation system, fire alarm system and pneumatic tube system. The clinical nurse informaticists (CIRN) provides expertise in the planning, design, development, training, implementation, communication, maintenance, and evaluation of new or existing functionality related to clinical and business information systems. The CIRN integrates nursing/clinical science, computer science, information science to manage and communicated data, information, knowledge and wisdom in clinical practice. Works as a liaison among stakeholders in order to elicit, analyze, communicate, and validate requirements for changes to processes, policies, and information systems. Ensures data/information is current with regulatory agency and best practice standards. Coordinates the collection and reporting of metrics defining benefits realization associate with the clinical information systems. Serves as an internal consultant to all departments to identify and achieve department and project goals. Provides direct contact with vendor to ensure customer needs are met.
About the Position
The Care Coordinator is responsible for assessing, planning, facilitating and advocating for options and services through a continuum of care from point of contact through discharge on assigned patients.The Care Coordinator performs this role in such a manner as to meet the individuals health needs while promoting quality and cost effective outcomes. The positions emphasis will be on care coordination, communication and collaboration with nursing, physicians, departments within the medical center, insurers and post acute service providers to pace the care toward optimal outcomes within the appropriate level of care. The Care Coordinator will advocate for the patient and family by identifying and valuing patient choice, spiritual needs, cultural, language and socioeconomic barreris to care transitions . In addition, the Care Coordinator will protect confidentiality while striving to achieve high levels of patient satisfaction. The Care Coordinator consistently conducts the utilization review process and the discharge planning process as required by hospital policies, standards of practice and Federal and State regulations.
- Minimum of 3 years nursing experience in an acute hospital setting
- CA Registered Nurse required
- Prior Care Coordination experience in a clinical or insurance setting will be preferred.
- BSN degree required.

Manages the resources and daily activities of a nursing department (Telemetry Services) while ensuring environmental factors support high standards of patient care.
