The Medical Director for Hematology and Oncology will be the physician leader for the employed medical oncologists and hematologists. They will be a member of the Cancer Center Clinical Operations Committee, foster the growth of clinical trials, participate in recruitment/hiring of physicians, mentor cancer center physicians, assist with new physician orientation, and facilitate the achievement of the Cancer Institute, SJHMC, and CommonSpirit Health goals and quality initiatives.
