Reports statistics on a quarterly and monthly basis to Infection Prevention, EOC, Emergency Prepareness, and Safety Committee. Serves as a member of the Workers' Compensation Matrix committee. - Implements Illness and Injury Prevention Programs (IIPP), ergonomic programs and follows up on issues relating to facility safety/security that have been identified as contributing factors to workers' compensation losses. Demonstrates leadership and creativity in the coordination of an appropriate physician referral panel and RTW assignments to support employee rehabilitation.  - Designs, directs, and administers light duty return to work programs coordinating with Human Resources, dept mangers, and employees.
