The Director of Quality Management is responsible organizing and managing the projects of the Quality Management department and its responsibilities. The QM department has responsibilities in all lines of business and at different levels. Responsibilities vary if functioning as health plan QM or as provider group QM. Functions include data aggregation, reporting, and analytics to measure and improve clinical quality across the patient continuum for all business lines.  Systems will be developed to coordinate, integrate, and share data for clinical decision support across all places of service.     RESPONSIBILITIES OF A DIRECTOR:   - Understand their fiduciary responsibility to the community, and operate consistently with the organizations ethics and mission in their performance of their job duties. We utilize Eclipse, Oncentra, Multiplan, and other planning systems for external beam, HDR, and stereotactic radiosurgery treatments. ARIA is our primary R&V system. We are involved with many institutional and national research protocols. The candidate will be joining a team of four dosimetrists and six physicists. The physics/dosimetry team serves St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center at Dignity Health, the internationally-renowned Barrow Neurological Institute (ranked Top 20 in the USA, located at the same campus), and a downtown cancer center campus located two miles away.
