This position directly manages the oversight of the divisional real estate teams and 3rd party property management vendors who maintain all owned and leased properties in a first-class manner while controlling and minimizing operating expenses.   The position will lead, direct, conduct, and monitor operational real estate activities for CommonSpirit Health on a system-wide basis, outlined above.  Specifically, the position has direct supervision of 8 FTE’s, 4 Facility Managers covering all markets, 5 FTE’s under the 3rd party property management contracts for the Northern California and Southwest Division markets.
