Responsible for conducting organization, team, and individual assessments that result in development approaches that generate positive impact and improved performance.  - Evaluates the appropriateness and impact of interventions, learning programs, and initiatives. - Maintains relationships with executive leaders across multiple divisions, and ensures L&OD alignment with operational goals. - Leads team that contributes to enterprise-wide leadership development programs, and provides learning and organization development solutions for multiple markets and division leaders. - Oversees enterprise project teams and programs, directs team member goals and priorities, responsiblity for budget compliance, staff planning, and career development of team members.
