  RN New Grad / RN Residency Program - April 2018 Dignity Health Northridge Hospital Medical Center      This New Graduate RN Residency features a challenging program blending classroom didactics with clinical experience and unit socialization. We support our residents with a one-on-one clinical preceptorship program as well as a mentor program using experienced RNs, and additional debriefing sessions. Our next RN Residency program begins April 9, 2018 and is 18-20 weeks in length, depending on your unit.
