The Mammography/Radiology Technologist performs duties in alignment with the mission and policies of the organization. The Mammography/Radiology Technician performs duties in support of and in compliance with the performance improvement plan, JCAHO and other licensing, accrediting and regulatory agencies. This position must maintain required licensing to perform general radiographic procedures and mammographic procedures. Specific responsibilities for the Mammography/Radiology Technologist includes taking and processing films. In addition, the position provides direct patient care for patients ranging from birth through geriatric.
