    Responsibilities

    IMAGING TECH II – MRI

    Northridge Hospital Medical Center

    The IMAGING TECH II is responsible for the routine daily operation of the Radiology department.  Functions and performs duties as assigned by the supervisor and director.  Prospective candidate is responsible for upholding Dignity Health's visions, values and guiding principles by communicating those values in a positive and professional manner. The IMAGING TECH II will be expected to perform routine MRI and diagnostic radiographic procedures which include basic trauma and fluoroscopic procedures in surgery.


     

    Qualifications

    Requirements:

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a hospital and radiology department requirement. Previous supervisory experience preferred.
    • Satisfactory completion of formal radiological technology training in an AMA approved school or BS or AA degree in Radiological Technology in an AMA approved school.  Must have training in MRI.
    • License is required as issued by American Registry of Radiologic Technologist, California Radiologic Technologist and Fluoroscopy certification.  MRI certification also required.

    This position is represented by SEIU-UHW and covered by the terms and conditions of the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
