    Responsibilities

    In keeping with the Dignity Health core values, the Administrative Assistant supports leadership with the administrative duties and responsibilities of the department while making discretionary decisions.

    Qualifications

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Five years experience of responsible and varied clerical work
    • Two years of working at the level of an administrative assistant
    • Word Processing: MS Office Suite; Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook
    • Typing at 60 WPM
    • Ability to learn and interpret department and hospital policies; to handle sensitive and confidential information; to follow difficult directions both oral and written; to plan, organize and coordinate work
