    Summary:  The Clinical Informatics Specialist - RN provides support for the application development or implementation of low to medium complexity and cross functional program or projects and/or provides application support for the user community with high complexity.

    This Analyst performs troubleshooting for high complex hardware, software and system problems for multiple modules or clinical applications. Acts as subject matter expert in one or more areas.  Works on one or more projects as a project team member, and may lead small/mid-sized application implementations or process improvement projects.


    • Assesses ongoing end-users educational needs; develops and implements application training plans.
    • Collaborates with the BNI Director of Informatics, BNI/SJHMC informatics staff, facility IT staff, and corporate IT staff, to optimize current and future information systems.
    • Serves in a liaison and subject matter expert role for IT applications used by the BNI staff.
    • Tests clinical and/or business systems for any facility-specific requirements.

    Relocation Offered. Onsite Position in Arizona



    Requires 7-10 years of experience in IT working on Ambulatory, Clinical applications

    Experience working with project life cycle and project management methodologies required.

    Bachelor's degree or technical institute degree/certificate or relevant work experience

    Cerner Implementation and Customer Support Experience required



    3-5 years working in a healthcare/medical environment

    Bachelor's degree in Nursing or other related healthcare profession highly preferred



    RN Licensure Preferred
