    We are seeking an Outpatient Physical Therapist in a dynamic environment working with the orthopedic and neurological population while demonstrating evidence-based practice and utilizing Clinical Practice Guidelines to provide high quality care to our patients.

    Internship or rotation in appropriate clinical setting.

    Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.

    Computer skills.

    Arizona License in professional area.

    Current American Association BLS card.




    Two years progressive experience in clinical area, performing patient clinical care.

    Masters or Doctorate degree in appropriate clinical area.

    Prior use of electronic health record.
