    Responsibilities

    • Is expected to perform duties in alignment with the mission and policies of the organization.
    • Performs duties in support of and in compliance with the performance improvement plan, TJC and other licensing, accrediting and regulatory agencies.
    • Supervises and audits staff compliance with regulatory requirements, collating and preparing charts and graphs for trending and tracking of medication use, computer problem resolution, scheduling appointments with vendors, coordinating continuing eduction for pharmacy staff and completion of other projects under the supervision of the Pharmacy Director.
    • Maintains patient confidentiality during the hospital stay.
    • Embraces diversity by displaying sensitivity to different cultures and cultural backgrounds.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of one year experience in computer data entry.
    • Knowledge of medical terminology.
    • Computer skills include Excel and Microsoft Office
    • Three years experience in a field that requires data analysis and report preparation preferred.
    • On the job training provided.
    • Excellent verbal, written communication skills, and rganizatinal skills
