    Responsibilities

    Job Summary:

     

    Under the direction of the BNI, Director of Academic Affairs, the GME Accreditation Program Manager is responsible for the daily administrative support, services and activities of the BNI GME Office to ensure adherence with accreditation requirements and training site compliance.

     

    The GME Accreditation Program Manager serves as a liaison between the BNI GME Office, Program Directors, and Coordinators, as well as residents and fellows.  Assists with the reporting of information to internal and external groups, oversees rotator logistics at all major Arizona training sites, and involved in the planning and execution of GME related events including Hospital Orientation.

    Qualifications

    Three to five years’ experience in coordinating, directing, or managing an ACGME accredited residency program or teaching hospital setting required.

     

    Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of training and experience that results in the specialized abilities to perform work assigned.

     

    Advanced experience with New Innovations and/or other Residency Management Software

    Demonstrated ability to be a self-starter and also have the ability to work in multidisciplinary team

    Strong project management skills

    Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills

    Ability to handle sensitive information with absolute confidentiality.

    Working knowledge of software applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

     

    Master's Degree Preferred

    Demonstrated ability to develop strong collaborative relationships

    Exhibit strong customer service skills when working with internal and external customers
