Responsible for different aspects of food service, production, sanitation, and safety. This includes work in the dishroom, potwashing, food preparation, trayline, tray delivery, cafeteria, doctors dining room, catering, storeroom and general cleaning. High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum 1 year experience in food services; hospital experience preferred. Good communication skills.
