Performs administrative secretarial functions to the Department of Medical Education. Maintains compliance standards for residents as outlined in the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education and American Board of Internal Medicine. A minimum of five (5) years administrative clerical experience.
Minimum of 3-5 years combined experience in healthcare industry
1-2 years of experience with a minimum of 1 year in area of related field Complete annual safety training. Complete and maintain department specific training.
Maintains effective interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. Demonstrates a work style that is collaborative and enhances joint problem solving, is highly organized and detail-oriented. Proficient with work processing program. Ability to learn other software programs as needed. Proficient with Microsoft Office which includes Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Ability to learn other software programs as needed. Shorthand optional. Remains effective interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. Demonstrates a work style that is collaborative and enhances joint problem-solving; is highly organized and detail-oriented. None Required.
