    Responsibilities

    ***This position will support North State and Central Valley leadership.

     

    Position Summary:

     

    Under general direction, performs secretarial and administrative assignments of a confidential nature. This position requires continuous use of technical and business vocabulary and a detailed knowledge of organization operations, procedures, and staff. 

     

    Core Duties:

    • Regularly coordinates meetings and makes travel arrangements
    • Within guidelines, makes independent decisions regarding planning, organizing, and scheduling work
    • Uses various PC software packages such a spreadsheets, word process, graphics, access, etc. to produce high quality reports, presentations, or other documents
    • Must be able to navigate internal systems and procedures to accomplish non-routine tasks in an effective and efficient manner

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • High school diploma (or equivalent) required
    • Three (3) years of administrative support experience required
    • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills (typically supports Director-level management) required
    • Basic mathematical skills required
    • Advanced computer skills required

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Healthcare industry experience preferred
