    Position Summary:


    The 340B Program Specialist will report to the Director of Pharmacy and be responsible for maintaining good working relationships with all contracted pharmacy partners. Responsible for day-to-day administration and operation of 340B Program Services. In addition, they will assist with client account management as it pertains to hospital programs offered by the enterprise. They will work closely with the Benefit Integration Manager and assist with policy and procedure interpretation along with coordination of issue resolution in conjunction with internal departments and actively participate in internal meetings when appropriate.




    Minimum Requirements:

    • Two or more years in a similar or related role. Implements all applicable aspects of the strategic plan related to special program initiatives. This includes but is not limited to 340B, PBM & PHM clients.
    • Strong interpersonal communication skills and organizational skills.
    • Consistently demonstrates ability to respond to changing priorities and situations in a flexible manner in order to meet current needs.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize tasks with attention to detail.
    • Ability to work in a team environment, use a computer for communication, writing and research.
    • Expertise with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
