    We are seeking an LICENSED PHYSICAL THERAPIST to join our team! We administer treatment and coordinate therapy services to a wide variety of patients.
    Provides patient care including evaluating patient for treatment, providing and directing administration of the Physical Therapy care plan upon Physician referral. Consults with other health care disciplines to co-ordinate therapeutic programs and discharge planning for individual patient. Instructs patients and care givers in home programs for exercises and functional activities.Assists with patient program management, while also delivering patient services. Serves as a resource by sharing expertise and knowledge and assisting with staff professional development.

    Located in Glendale, AZ, this position is critical to the success of St. Joseph's Hospital Medical Center and requires the full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the Mission of Dignity Health.

    Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree Required - Graduate of Physical Therapy Program. Must be licensed as a Physical Therapist in the State of Arizona. Current BLS through the American Heart Association required.


    Internship or rotation in appropriate clinical setting required. Computer skills required. Prior use of electronic health record preferred. Arizona License in professional area. BLS required.
