    This position provides administrative support to Administrator of the Community. This position requires excellent written and verbal communication skills, supporting the general business operations for an Independent/Assisted Living Senior Community. Attends various meetings including Board of Director meetings and has access to confidential information. Performs other duties as assigned.


    Minimum Required



    • At least 2 years of administrative support experience
    • Minimum of one year in an administrative or executive secretarial position required or equivalent


    •  High school diploma.
    • AA degree in business, or graduation from business school (preferred).
    Special Skills
    • Basic skills in Word, Outlook and Excel.
    • Excellent typing skills required (65 wpm or better), shorthand preferred.
    • Familiarity with PCs with proficiency in word processing required (Word preferred)


    • At least 2 years administrative support experience

    • Demonstrated proficiency in MicroSoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint
    • Excellent typing skills required (65 wpm or better)
    • Ability to work independently with good organization , time management and efficiency
    • Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills
    • Microsoft certifications or trainings
    • Shorthand
