    Position Summary:
    Oversees the scoping and development of Employer Relations physician networks. Validates the capabilities of managed care programs, oversees physician quality management, and supports product and sales in the implementation of access to care and care delivery for employer clients, employees and their dependents.
    Principal Duties and Accountabilities:
    • Partners with Dignity Health, CI Network and local physician leadership to ensure the physician and facility networks are complete and functional.
    • Ensures all physician networks meet or exceed the expectations of employers by evaluating their scope and scale and partnering with local market leadership to ensure gaps are addressed.
    • Ensures that clinical care management programs are clearly defined and available for client/employer use and overall client delight with the Employer Relations Provider Strategy -- including integration with key payer partners.
    • Oversees the evaluation, selection and implementation of wellness programs with clients/employers; develop and implement effective PCP assignment and management processes.


    Education and Experience: 
    • Master’s degree in Business or Health Services Administration or a related field or a combination of education and/or additional job-related experience may be substituted in lieu of the degree.
    • Minimum of fifteen (15) years of senior level leadership in health care operations, medical group operations or health plan operations, including a minimum of ten (10) years of specific experience working directly with physician leadership in the implementation and oversight of clinical programs; and ten (10) years experience in a clinical setting within a hospital or service-oriented sector or previous experience within a managed care/payer environment is required. Experience partnering with Hospital system leaders to influence and implement best practices and create a compassionate and caring culture for employers, employees and their dependents.
