    Responsibilities

The administrative assistant is responsible for the smooth flow of day -to-day duties and services of the clinic. Therefore, the major responsibility is providing operational support for the senior administrators of the Sister Mary Philippa Health Clinic in the following areas: administrative and clerical functions, contract and related financial management, quality improvement and application of principles to ensure customer satisfaction.

    Qualifications

    • A minimum of five (5) years administrative clerical experience.
    • This position requires high school diploma or its equivalent.
    • Typing 55+ wpm. Proficiency using Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word, Power Point, Access and Excel) in the windows environment as well as the ability to use the internet and e-mail. Ability to use dictation equipment . Ability to use sums, total averages, and percentages to summarize in a manner that is accurate, legible and timely.

     

     

    Preferred:

    • Minimum of 3-5 years combined experience in healthcare industry
