    Job Summary:
    A Cardiovascular Technologist assists in the performance of Diagnostic and Interventional procedures in the Cath Lab, under the direction of the Medical Director and First Line Supervisor in accordance with departmental procedures. Performs various duties associated with this position. The position treats/cares for patients of all ages.



    • Cardiovascular Technology with certificate and/or CRT and Fluoroscopy license.
    • Current BCLS-C Card
    • Must be registry eligible by Cardiovascular Credentialing International.
    • Completion of an approved (AMA) or equivalent program for Cardiovascular Technology with certificate. Must be registered by Cardiovascular Credentialing International
    • Theoretical background in basic electronics, hemodynamic monitoring, EKG, Invasive Cardiac procedure monitoring and scrub assistant



    • Current ACLS card preferred.
    • Membership in national organization for Cardiovascular Technologists is desirable
    • 5 years’ experience in Electrophysiology and Cath lab.
    • Extensive E.P.S. experience
    • This position requires the full understanding of Electrophysiology and Electrophysiology with Ablation
