    The purpose of Dignity Health Management Services Organization (Dignity Health MSO) is to build a system-wide integrated physician-centric, full-service management service organization structure. We offer a menu of management and business services that will leverage economies of scale across provider types and geographies and will lead the effort in developing Dignity Health’s Medicaid population health care management pathways.  Dignity Health MSO is dedicated to providing quality managed care administrative and clinical services to medical groups, hospitals, health plans and employers with a business objective to excel in coordinating patient care in a manner that supports containing  costs while continually improving quality of care and levels of service.     Responsibilities

    JOB SUMMARY

     

    Arizona Care Network (ACN) is a clinically integrated (CI) physician network and Accountable Care Organization (ACO) sponsored by Dignity Health and Abrazo Health, a Tenet company. The Resource Provisioning Specialist is an employee of Dignity Health Management Services Organization (DHMSO), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Dignity Health. Under the direction of the ACN Director of Information Technology, this individual provides direct provisioning and resource access management support to end users as part of the ACN System Configuration Management Program.

     

    The Resource Provisioning Specialist is responsible for performing certain functions to ensure organizational productivity and effectiveness in a variety of areas, including:

    • Provisioning support for ACN based applications / solutions to include, but not limited to, Athena, par8o,  Brivo, ACN Secure Portal, health information exchange systems and the ACN email exchange
    • Ensuring status changes and requests associated with Identify and Access Management (IAM) services are    processed in a timely and efficient manner to include processing requests to add, change or revoke access rights, and to ensure that only authorized users are granted the right to use a service
    • Providing audit support to ensure the catalogue of User Roles and Access Profiles are appropriate for the service offerings to end users, and to prevent inadvertent data disclosure, in accordance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), the Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health Act (HITECH), or other applicable federal and state regulations.
    • Proactively identifying audit and compliance access related issues to reduce the risk of security exposures on the support systems and applications
    • Providing guidance and knowledge to end users in managing their own application / system access
    • Providing direct support for policy and procedure management updates and recommendations

     

    PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

     

    • Processes all provider and staff provisioning requests for ACN maintained systems including, but not limited to, the Arizona Care Network email exchange, health information exchange, and the ACN Secure Portal.
    • Serves as the primary resource gathering and representing highlighting risk and potential remediation of Identity and Access Management (IAM) services, ensuring that control and compliance requirements are met.
    • Provides departmental telephonic support to end users, providing guidance and educating on processes and procedures for provisioning requests. Conducts necessary research for response or identifies appropriate contact for transfer of calls.
    • Provide queue support and management to ensure requests are addressed in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Provide necessary support for end users to meet their business needs. Evaluate existing workflow and recommend alternatives.
    • Monitors and provides support during audit and access revalidation activities in conjunction with ACN system Configuration Management Program.
    • Contributes to the general understanding and promotion of new and existing information security standards, solutions and tools.
    • Provides timely resolution/follow-up to external help desk requests related to participating provisioning matters.
    • Program resource coordination and logistic support.
    • Assists in the active collection and maintenance of organization/department policy and procedure library.
    • Other duties as assigned.

                                                                                                                                          

    MACHINERY, TOOLS, EQUIPMENT AND WORK AIDS

    Qualifications

     

    • EXPERIENCE: Minimum 3 years’ experience in provider relations, provider credentialing, provider contracting and/or network development in a health care or managed care setting required.Experience with IAM best practices and workflow development associated with database management.
    • EDUCATION AND TRAINING: High school diploma or equivalent required. 
    • LICENSE, CERTIFICATION AND REGISTRATION: None 
    • SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: Demonstrated skills in the areas of written and verbal communication, judgment, and problem-solving.  Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products required.
    • OTHER REQUIREMENTS: This position requires a highly motivated person with exceptional customer service, relationship management and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail. Capable of independent thinking, as well as perform in a team environment.
    • PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Associates or Bachelor’s degree in information systems or business related preferred. Identity and Access Management certifications a plus.
