    Responsibilities

    The Executive Administrative Assistant Coordinator's position supports the administrators for all administrative and secretarial support. Responsibilities of this position includes maintaining calendars, coordinating meetings and events, answering phones, opening and distributing mail, photocopying, faxing, and processing invoices and information requests.

     

    The Executive Administrative Assistant's duties also include taking meeting minutes and transcribing notes, preparing expense reimbursements, transmittal correspondence, and other documents, and making travel arrangements. The Executive Administrative Coordinator must be willing to support off campus events and may make independent decisions in absence of VP and Associate Administrator.

    Qualifications

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Must have at least three years minimum experience in an executive office environment.
    • Good command of English language, grammar, and style.
    • Appropriate business decorum, advanced computer skills, knowledge of standard office machinery, and strong oral and written communication skills.
    • Experience managing executive calendar and schedule
    • High School diploma at minimum.

    Preferred Requirements:

    • Prefer Microsoft certifications or training.
