Plans and conducts therapeutic procedures and program to maintain and/or restore patient's physical, psychological, intellectual and social capabilities. Evaluates and assesses patient needs relative to gross motor coordination, group behavior, interpersonal relationships and proficiency in various recreation and leisure activities. Coordinates and leads functional community reintegration sessions and aquatic therapy programs.
