Provides patient care including evaluating patient for treatment, developing plan of care, establishing goals, and assessing progress toward the attainment of goals. Consults with other health care disciplines to co-ordinate therapeutic programs and discharge planning for individual patient. Instructs patients and care givers in home programs for exercises and functional activities.
Performs patient clinical care. Serves as a resource by sharing expertise and knowledge.
Masters Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program
