In keeping with French Hospital Medical Center health care philosophy, the Quality Improvement Coordinator assists the Director of Quality in the development, monitoring and evaluation of quality indicators to improve and maintain the quality of care given to the patients and supports activities relating to the outcomes of Quality Improvement Process.
Three (3) years clinical experience in a healthcare organization required.
Progressive supervisory/management experience and previous quality improvement background preferred.
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Ability to analyze information and data.
Ability to understand work flow and problem solve complex processes.
Ability to work well with people of varying levels within the organization.
Knowledge of basic medical diagnosis and hospital processes.
Knowledge of Word and spreadsheet programs.
RN Licensure Required
