The purpose of Dignity Health Management Services Organization (Dignity Health MSO) is to build a system-wide integrated physician-centric, full-service management service organization structure. We offer a menu of management and business services that will leverage economies of scale across provider types and geographies and will lead the effort in developing Dignity Health’s Medicaid population health care management pathways. The Arizona Care Network, LLC (ACN) is a clinically integrated (CI) physician network and Accountable Care Organization (ACO) that is a collaboration sponsored by Dignity Health and Abrazo Health. The Finance Director is an employee of Dignity Health Managed Services Organization (DHMSO), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Dignity Health, providing support to ACN.
Under the oversight of the ACN CEO and the Phoenix Service Area Chief Financial Officer of Dignity Health, the Finance Director is responsible for reporting the financial performance of ACN on a monthly basis and is responsible for detail utilization and quality analytics reporting. This position prepares financial analyses of operations, including interim and final financial statements with supporting schedules using the Lawson application, for use by the LLC owners and the Board of Managers.

EXPERIENCE: Minimum three years in a director or controller position with a managed care organization (Independent Physician Association, Third-party Administrator or Health Plan).
