The purpose of Dignity Health Management Services Organization (Dignity Health MSO) is to build a system-wide integrated physician-centric, full-service management service organization structure. We offer a menu of management and business services that will leverage economies of scale across provider types and geographies and will lead the effort in developing Dignity Health’s Medicaid population health care management pathways. Arizona Care Network, (ACN) is a clinically integrated physician network and Accountable Care Organization (ACO) sponsored by Dignity Health Arizona and Abrazo Health, a Tenet Company. The ACN Digital Marketing Specialist is an employee of MedProVidex, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Dignity Health. 


The Digital Marketing Specialist supports the development, integration, and activation of digital marketing and communication strategies across multiple digital platforms to achieve ACN’s mission and strategies.


This position contributes to ACN’s brand development and market positioning as the leading physician-governed ACO in the southwest. This position is based in metropolitan Phoenix, Arizona.





  • Supports an integrated communications strategy, framework, and brand platform. Develops content for multiple platforms; responsible for content integration and management across platforms.
  • Develops digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and reputation, improve market positioning, and achieve ACN’s goals for growth. Works collaboratively to align digital content with organizational and departmental strategies. Serves as the voice of the consumer for digital marketing activities.
  • Uses sound content management principles and tools to develop appropriate content approach for a variety of market segments, including but not limited to physicians, payers, business leaders, and healthcare decision makers. Maps the customer journey and makes recommendations for approach and content to deliver a quality customer experience. Tracks effectiveness, revises approach based content performance, and reports metrics.
  • Serves as ACN webmaster. Monitors web site(s) and makes regular updates via Content Management System. Creates and curates relevant content to reach various target audiences and build high value site traffic. Selects, sizes and uploads photos/videos. Tracks analytics, makes and implements recommendations for improvements.
  • Leads the integrated process of concept/design and interactive/web creative graphics for digital marketing projects including but not limited to digital advertising, educational materials, database usage, website, electronic communication, social media, videos, meetings promotion and special projects such as exhibit design/development/signage.
  • Evaluates Search Engine Optimization (SEO) effectiveness. Suggests and implements strategies to improve SEO/SEM, email marketing, and landing page optimization. Analyze, review, and report on campaign effectiveness and recommend actionable insights based on analytics.
  • Leads ACN social media programs, Supports ACN brand and achieves goals for stakeholder engagement through social media including but not limited to: LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Yelp, Google Places, and online reviews. Tracks and responds to mentions and reviews, building engagement, educating, and addressing inaccuracies according to best online practices.
  • Serves on project teams to develop, launch and manage new digital resources including applications (apps), software, cloud-based SAAS, third-party tools, etc. Makes recommendations and brings solutions that add value to the stakeholder experience.
  • Serves as ACN liaison to digital vendors to provide direction, ensure they have ACN resources needed to complete assignments. Ensures digital vendor reporting is completed on a regular schedule and contains actionable insights. May create RFPs. Serves as project lead for website renovations and other digital marketing projects.
  • Works with supervisor to develop detailed marketing and communications project plans and ensures plans meet goals, deadlines, budgets, compliance requirements, and other deliverables. Able to prioritize work on multiple projects concurrently. Reports on progress and documents results.
  • Other duties as assigned, recognizing that in the rapidly changing healthcare environment, responsibilities may evolve and/or reprioritize over time.







  1. A) EXPERIENCE: Minimum Four (4) years of applied digital marketing experience, preferably in healthcare
  2. B) Demonstrated experience and/or training in the following required:
  3. C) Demonstrated proficiency in writing for a variety of digital content styles including web, blogs/vlogs, social media posts, PowerPoint presentations. Commitment to content accuracy and strong proofreading skills.
  4. D) EDUCATION AND TRAINING: Bachelor’s degree in business, journalism, communication, marketing or public relations.
  6. F) SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: Demonstrated skills in the areas of written and verbal communication, problem-solving, presentations, and healthcare communications
  • MS Office applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint desktop publishing proficiency
  • Digital/interactive marketing involving web content development using a Content Management System (CMS)

Preferred skills:

  • Basic video editing, optimizing, and posting
  • E-mail marketing; Exact Target or similar email platform

             Desired Skills: working proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop); Social Media (Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google+)

  1. G) OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Understanding of the complexities of the healthcare environment. Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills. High level of initiative. Demonstrated ability to develop, plan and deliver projects with minimal direction, seeking guidance when appropriate.  Works well in a fast-paced team environment with responsibility for team objectives as well as individual deliverables.
  2. H) Able to understand and set priorities, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and design work plans to track progress, resolve issues, and efficiently and effectively see tasks to completion. Sensitive to and able to balance diverse stakeholder needs. Commitment to team success.
