Responsibilities

The Executive Assistant is responsible for assuring efficient and effective operations for the VP/Business Development Officer and related projects as assigned. The Executive Assistant is responsible for appropriately greeting and assisting all who enter the Administrative suite. This position will assist patients and family members with the filing and resolution of customer complaints. This individual's job duties include typing, data entry, manipulating data using computer programs, drafting written material, taking minutes, scheduling activities, organizing and maintaining files. A minimum of five years of experience in a high-level management support role required HSD/GED or 2 years equivalent work experience. * Experience in word processing. * Excellent communications skills - this includes grammar, punctuation and spelling. * Strong interpersonal skills, including confidentiality, tact, professionalism, friendly approach with clients and a willingness to manage multiple priorities for different people. Must be able to read, write and speak English.
