Provide physical therapy services to adults and geriatric patients including evaluations, planning treatment programs and goals, rendering patient treatments according to the practice and standards of the American Physical Therapy Association, and discharge planning. Provide effective, efficient, and quality care. Perform other duties as directed by supervisor. Applies CHW Core Values to the performance of every job duty. 2 years of experience in care of acute and chronic patients in an orthopedic and/or rehabilitation inpatient setting. Minimum of 3-5 years combined experience in healthcare industry 1-2 years of experience with a minimum of 1 year in area of related field Complete annual safety training. Complete and maintain department specific training. Clinical specialist certification such as NDT, OCS, NCS, geriatrics, lymphedema, etc. Must possess good written, verbal and interpersonal skills. Ability to function independently in a fast-paced, stressful environment. BLS, PT.
Preferred: Certification in MLD/lymphedema treatment; at least 6 months experience in cancer rehabilitation physical therapy.
Required: Willingness to achieve certification in MLD/lymphedema treatment.
