Responsibilities

About This Position

The PACU RN is an experienced practitioner who demonstrates in-depth knowledge of nursing, patient care and the ability to practice independently at AGCH and applicable entities. The PACU RN also serves as a resource person as well as a preceptor. Under minimal supervision, the PACU RN identifies and implements nursing interventions that have less predictable outcomes and evaluate the results of these interventions for a given patient population.

 

RN Selection Criteria

Two year (s) in Acute Care Hospital. PACU Graduate of accredited School of Nursing. California RN License BLS, ACLS, PALS required.
