In keeping with Dignity Health core values, the Cardiovascular Coordinator will be responsible to coordinate the overall clinical program and ensure smooth operations and patient flow for the clinical activities of cardiovascular services to the structural heart program.

Assesses non-routine situations and chooses the best course of action. Provides guidance to others to improve their clinical, technical and professional skills. Maintains and fosters a collegial relationship with other service line departments. Aggressively promotes appropriate, cost-effective use of resources. Oversees and ensures effectiveness of staffing plans. Participates in new employee interviews and current employee appraisals. Performs other duties as required or assigned by the Director of the Cardiovascular Service Line.
