    Responsibilities

    Provide physical therapy services to adults and geriatric patients including evaluations, planning treatment programs and goals, rendering patient treatments according to the practice and standards of the American Physical Therapy Association, and discharge planning.  Provide effective, efficient, and quality care.  Perform other duties as directed by supervisor.  Applies Dignity Health Core Values to the performance of every job duty.  These Values include Dignity, Collaboration, Justice, Stewardship, and Excellence.

    Qualifications

    At least 2 years of clinical experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting.
    Completion of coursework establishing competency in evaluation and treatment of the female pelvic floor is preferred.
     
    At least 6 months of experience working with patients with incontinence and other pelvic floor dysfunction, including performing internal examination of the muscles of the pelvic floor is preferred.
