Responsibilities

Position Summary:

 

Administer hyperbaric oxygen therapy and diagnostic testing to patients of the Department of Hyperbaric Medicine, under the supervision of a hyperbaric physician.

 

  • All therapeutic and diagnostic modalities will be ordered by the hyperbaric physician.

 

 

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

 

  • Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in healthcare is required.

  • High School diploma or equivalent.

  • CT CPRBLS - Basic Life Support - AHA

  • One of the following is required: CT HYPERB = Certified Hyperbaric Technologist or CT CNA = Certified Nursing Asst by the NV State Nursing Board or CT EMT = Emergency Medical Technician or RN = Registered Nurse by the NV State Nursing Board or LPN = Licensed Practical Nurse by the NV State Nursing Board or RG RT/CT CRTH = Registered Respiratory Therapist/Certified Respiratory Therapist from the State of NV.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

 

  • Wound, Hyperbaric, or critical care experience.
