Position Summary:

This position is responsible for the operating room front desk duties including inputting charges; scheduling the cases, communication duties associated with the Operating Room schedule and supply requisition, assisting the Buyer with inventory procurement, rectifying invoices, and maintaining par levels. Works with staff, physicians, and physician offices to insure that patients are served in the most timely and efficient manner possible.  Responsibilities may include:
  • Covers the desk and deals directly with the offices in regards to the daily schedule and availability of supplies  
  • Responsible for producing and distributing reports and schedules as requested and in a timely fashion.  
  • Performs other tasks in order to help Operating Room run efficiently as assigned.
  • The position requires 2 years of experience general secretarial or reception experience. 
  • High school diploma or equivalent. 



  • Hospital experience is preferred.
