Position Summary:


Leads the organization’s international education and training program, Dignity Health International, by designing and implementing a strategy to adapt existing training materials and methodologies as well as develop new educational offerings to meet the learning needs of countries outside of the U.S. Uses learning metrics and analytics to measure the impact of learning programs and solutions and develops plans to improve training and development programs as needed.  Effectively works with international clients by demonstrating sensitivity and cultural awareness that aids in communication and mutually-beneficial business outcomes.  Partners with Dignity Health and DHI leadership to identify business opportunities in the international marketplace and creates innovative products and services to meet the current and future needs of each market.


Core Duties:

  • Creates and defines international education, training and development strategy, goals and business objectives based on the evaluation of organizational and client needs
  • Promotes new and existing products and services and develops innovative learning solutions to meet client needs
  • Identifies and develops new markets that support revenue generation for DHI
  • Leads and manages the DHI education and training program and staff (including hiring and talent management/development)
  • Organizes and coordinates resources to deliver education, training and development programs while introducing and implementing the most current methodologies
  • Reviews curriculum and evaluates education, training and development programs to ensure objectives are met
  • Maintains awareness of emerging tools and trends in the industry and implements appropriate strategies for continuous improvement
  • Oversees the functionality of the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of international LMS activities
  • Uses data analytics to inform strategy and decision making


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a related field required
  • Seven (7) years of experience in leading large-scale training and education programs required
  • Two (2) years of experience in leadership required
