Leads the organization’s international education and training program, Dignity Health International, by designing and implementing a strategy to adapt existing training materials and methodologies as well as develop new educational offerings to meet the learning needs of countries outside of the U.S. Uses learning metrics and analytics to measure the impact of learning programs and solutions and develops plans to improve training and development programs as needed. Effectively works with international clients by demonstrating sensitivity and cultural awareness that aids in communication and mutually-beneficial business outcomes. Partners with Dignity Health and DHI leadership to identify business opportunities in the international marketplace and creates innovative products and services to meet the current and future needs of each market.
