About this opportunity:
Within the scope of practice as a registered nurse, with specialized training in education of staff and competency validation, serves as an expert clinical resource to staff in population-specific areas for ensuring quality of care and customer satisfaction.
Three years recent acute care experience in specialty nursing practice with demonstrated leadership experience required. Prefer minimum one year in the advanced practice role in specialty nursing practice. Must be able to speak, read and follow instructions in English and possess excellent interpersonal skills. Must be able to demonstrate positive behaviors. Knowledge of adult learning theory and group dynamics.
Bachelors Degree in Nursing required. Masters Degree in Nursing preferred.
Current California RN License, Current BLS-C provider. Relevant certification preferred. BLS provider required. ACLS/PALS are required if covering area where this certification is required.
