Responsibilities

About This Position

Leads and promotes the provision of quality patient care for the assigned clinical service. Participates in staff selection and development. Assists with compliance with Hospital and Dignity Health policy, as well as with JCAHO and other licensing and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

RN Selection Criteria

Minimum of  two years nursing experience in related unit, and demonstrated leadership skills. Experience in related unit, and demonstrated leadership skills. Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Proficient nursing skills in specialty area. Experience in related unit, and demonstrated leadership skills. Current BLS-C certification required. IV certification. EKG. Currently licensed by the State of California as an RN.
