We have an exciting opportunity to join the Informatics Team at St. Bernardino Medical Center. We have 1000 patient care provides that you will play a pivotal role in assisting our nursing staff with Cerner. Our nursing staff is an essential part of our facility. You will identify issues or opportunities to improve the quality of care, safety, satisfaction, and efficiency related to nursing practices. The nursing informatics specialist will collaborate closely with clinical nursing to facilitate clinical nursing-related informatics initiatives and projects. Assist with capturing process flows and identifying the ideal informatics solutions to promote the nursing needs, and help translate needs where necessary. Provides support for the clinician to troubleshoot issues and collaborate with nursing and I.T. teams to develop workflows, policies, and procedures.
