The purpose of Dignity Health Management Services Organization (Dignity Health MSO) is to build a system-wide integrated physician-centric, full-service management service organization structure. We offer a menu of management and business services that will leverage economies of scale across provider types and geographies and will lead the effort in developing Dignity Health’s Medicaid population health care management pathways. Dignity Health MSO is dedicated to providing quality managed care administrative and clinical services to medical groups, hospitals, health plans and employers with a business objective to excel in coordinating patient care in a manner that supports containing costs while continually improving quality of care and levels of service. The San Joaquin Quality Care Network is a clinically integrated physician network sponsored by Dignity Health. The Physician Practice Liaison provides direct local service area and/or Chapter support to the CI program. The Physician Practice Liaison reports to the SJQCN Executive Director and is an employee of Dignity Health Management Services Organization. The Physician Practice Liaison provides local support to the CI program through continuous interaction and education with the participating physicians and hospital(s) and their staff.


This position will cover territories in both Stockton and Merced, CA.



  • Minimum RequiredMinimum of 5 years experience in physician practice and/or management services organization. Which must include previous related medical admin/management background in either or medical operations setting.


  • College degree preferred

  • Certified Medical Assistant and/or a completion of a Medical Assistant accredited program preferred


Special Skills

  • Demonstrated skills in the areas of written and verbal communication, judgment, problem-solving, presentation and public relations. Must possess a keen working knowledge of physician practice operations, front and back office workflow and Electronic Medical Record (EMR) usage in the ambulatory settings. Some physician billing knowledge required to assist with the claims upload process
  • This position requires a dynamic and highly motivated person with the ability to inspire and lead people, as well as communicate effectively with peers, Physicians and their support staff, other Management Service Organization Administrators, and Hospital staff.
