Dignity Health St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center Cancer Institute in Phoenix, AZ seeks to hire a second full-time, board certified/board eligible Hematologist/Medical Oncologist to provide general Hematology and Medical Oncology services at our brand new satellite cancer center in Glendale, AZ, next door to St. Joseph’s Westgate Medical Center (SJWMC).  Construction is nearly complete and opening is anticipated in April of this year. The Hematologist/ Oncologist will be employed by Dignity Health St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical and will report to the Associate Chief Medical Office for Oncology Physician Services or his designee.

The successful candidate will:    

• Have or be eligible for an Arizona State Medical License;
• Fellowship trained in Medical Oncology and Hematolog
• Board Certification in Medical Oncology and Hematology (or board eligible for new graduates);
• Have the ability to achieve full and unrestricted hospital/surgical privileges at SJHMC, SJWMC, and Dignity Health Arizona hospitals;
• Be passionate about providing clinically excellent, evidence-based care;
